LPFT has published its first Annual Report and Summary Accounts for 2008/09.
This annual report is the first in which we have been an NHS Foundation Trust (FT) for a full year. We are particularly happy that the Trust has been rated fourth in the national patient survey by both our service users and staff, and indeed we were the only mental health trust to feature in the top four in both categories.
The report details our many achievements and successes during the year including several schemes and initiatives being shortlisted for prestigious local and national awards.
