Diversity Awareness
This is an interactive training day, which considers a broad representation of diversity. The intention is to raise awareness and celebrate diversity in the workplace. There is an opportunity to work through Trust policy relating to video clip scenarios, to consider appropriate action should you observe or experience prejudice or discrimination in the work environment. This is newly developed course which has received excellent feedback.
This is a new course, but we have received very positive feedback from the early presentations.
