Welcome to the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) Human Resources (HR) page.

Within the Trust our 3 guiding principles relating to our staff are:

In order to work towards these principles the Trust has a responsibility towards its employees regarding policy development, staff involvement and communication, recruitment and retention and equality and diversity matters. Personal and professional development is supported by the Training Department, which is part of the Performance and Information Directorate.

The Human Resources team consists of the HR department and the HR Recruitment Team.
