Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) provides Specialist Mental Health Services across the county in a range of settings from rural communities to prison healthcare.
Our services aim to be responsive and easily accessed, with varied community services offering flexible opening hours and weekend services.
Our services are provided by a range of professionals including nurses, doctors, social workers, psychologists and occupational therapists, and further to an individual assessment of your needs, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan to support you through your recovery, and/or towards achieving your goals.
In meeting your mental health needs we also work with families, friends and carers to provide support, advice and education where appropriate.
We endeavour to work in a joined up way and in partnership with numerous agencies including voluntary and independent sector to provide choice and best value throughout your healthcare journey.
